Peach Phoenix, LLC. ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the registered trademark tsgabrielle®, wants every order to reach you smoothly. Because each piece is made just for you, here is exactly what to expect from "order placed" to "knock at the door."
1. Our Made-on-Demand Philosophy tsgabrielle® operates on a deliberate, sustainability-driven made-on-demand model fulfilled through our trusted production partner. Rather than mass-producing inventory that may never find a home, each item is created individually only after your payment has been successfully captured. This conscious choice dramatically reduces textile waste, overproduction, and our environmental footprint. It also means that a short, necessary production window precedes the shipment of your order.
2. Order Processing and Production Times Once your order is confirmed and payment is captured, it enters production. Estimated production times are generally as follows, though they may vary by product type, customization, and current demand: - Apparel and textile items: approximately 2–7 business days for production prior to dispatch. - Accessories, drinkware, and home goods: approximately 2–5 business days for production prior to dispatch. - Stationery and printed items: approximately 2–4 business days for production prior to dispatch. Orders containing multiple items may be produced in different facilities and may therefore ship in separate parcels, arriving on different days, at no additional cost to you. All production and shipping estimates are provided in good faith and represent estimates only; they are not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including those caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or force majeure circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods, Carriers, and Costs Available shipping methods, carriers, and associated costs are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout based on your destination, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the contents of your cart. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method we deem most appropriate to ensure safe and timely delivery. After your order is dispatched, estimated transit times are approximately: - Domestic (United States): approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. - International: approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch, excluding any customs processing delays.
4. International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes For all international shipments, the recipient is considered the importer of record and is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country's authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are entirely beyond our control; they are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict the exact amount of such charges. Should you refuse to pay applicable duties and a parcel is returned to us or destroyed by customs, we cannot guarantee a refund. We encourage international customers to research their local import regulations before ordering.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number where tracking is available for your selected method and destination. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system. If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please reach out and we will investigate alongside the carrier.
6. Incorrect Addresses, Failed Deliveries, and Returned Parcels It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and current shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or non-delivery resulting from an address that is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your address — if production has not yet begun, we will do our best to correct it.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged-in-Transit Parcels If a parcel appears lost, is significantly delayed beyond the estimated transit window, or arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work diligently with the carrier and our production partner to investigate the matter and reach a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Claims for items damaged in transit should be accompanied by clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
8. Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We encourage you to inspect your parcel upon arrival and report any issues within the timeframes set out in our Returns and Exchanges and Refund policies.
